These trowels have flexible backing plates that have been specially designed to increase the flexibility of the trowel without impacting strength or durability.
In Japan, skilled plasterers typically make their own trowels to achieve a perfect finish. Kaneshika was deeply inspired by this, and created this trowel together with the assistance of professional plasterers to mimic the style of handmade trowels that are popular among them.
This trowel is ideal for applying thin coatings of plaster to walls, and for general finishing.
