We ship authentic Japanese products directly from our own logistics facilities in Japan to most of the countries in the world.

All of our shipments are tracked and insured in case of proven damage or loss.

Shipping methods

To deliver your goods we will use expedited shipping couriers or standard shipping services. We will choose the most appropriate service depending on the weight, value and destination of your order.

All of our logistics partners have top speed and safe international mail shipping services for sending goods internationally.

Our services also include international shipping with a tracking number for each purchase.

Please be aware that transit time will vary depending on the final destination of the order and customs policies.

While our standard shipping options are very competitive, we also offer free and fast international shipping to many locations. To qualify for free shipping, simply purchase the minimum amount for your country below, and the discount will be automatically applied on checkout.

We ship worldwide except for some remote islands and locations. Contact us if during checkout your country is not listed on the options.

Taxes, customs duties and fees

An international order might be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please note that when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.

Tracking your parcel

No matter which shipping method you choose a tracking number will always be provided. After shipping your order from our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email with all the shipment details.

With the provided tracking number you will be able to follow the parcel in real time. You can always contact us in case there is a delay or issue with your parcel. We are available and happy to help.
