If your parcel has not been dispatched and would like to change or cancel your order please notify us as soon as possible. We will immediately cancel the order or make any changes you require.
In case, your parcel has already been dispatched from our facilities we cannot cancel the order anymore. However, you can still return the product and get a refund (please see next section for details).
- After receiving the item, contact us within 15 days with your original order number and reason for the return.
- Item (s) must be returned in new condition, unused and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.
- Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
- If the items are in an acceptable condition a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. The refund can take up to two weeks to appear on your statement.
- We are not responsible for returned package due to incorrect shipping address issues.
