Jacob is a writer and marketing specialist who has been living in Osaka for eight years. He studied communications and journalism at university and eventually completed a Master’s degree in Linguistics. He’s interested in Japanese history and contemporary literature from novelists like Yasunari Kawabata. He enjoys writing informative articles about the unique parts of Japan. He spends his free time playing with his kids and his dog, practicing Muay Thai and gardening. He also loves woodworking and Japanese tools.
